Will I be fine driving for a week with a potential misfire issue

I have a 1997 Toyota Camry V6 with a jerky idle issue, I've already cleaned the hell out of my thottle body and my IAC valve and have replaced the EGR valve. It seemed like it worked for a little while but now my car will start jumping in revs while stopped and I can feel the car jerk when it does that. If its not the MAF sensor then its spark plugs and I don't have the time or money to take care of it right now. edit: no check engine light
