5070 Ti prebuilt - 9800x3d or 19-19400K?

it's me again, seems prebuilts are actually about as cheap as building so Im going that direction. this will be used for MSFS and Forza horizon 6, but mostly for web browsing/youtube and some light excel work. Which way would you go here? Is the 9800x3d motherboard going to be more future proof? appreciate any input
