Drs haven't found a reason why I keep needing blood tranfusions

I had Covid on New Years. 2 weeks later, I was in ER with pneumonia. They noticed my HGB was 7.1. A week later, I had a mini stroke & ended up in hospital. They did a stool/fecal test & found blood in my stool. They also gave me a blood transfusion. Since then, I have been going in, on average, every 2 weeks for a blood transfusion. I've had 3 sets of iron infusions (5 each set) & without fail, my HGB still drops.

I've had 2 colonoscopies this year, 1 endoscopy, & swallowed a pill cam. GI Dr did not find a reason why/where I'm bleeding. (He said I had non-bleeding internal & external hemorroids)
I have a CAT scan of my chest, abdomen, pelvic area in a couple of weeks to see if there are any masses or blockages (my blood pressure has been running over 200/100 when at Drs - I have resistant hypertension, but these numbers are higher than they've ever been. I take nifedipine, hydralazine, & clonidine, lasix, glipizide, zinc, folic acid, vit D & magnesium. My kidneys aren't working properly & not sure if it's been from the severe anemia...I am not on dialysis. There has been talk of giving me a once a week shot (PROCRIT) to build up my red blood cells, although it's dangerous for people with high blood pressure. I am scared.

Just had a bone marrow biopsy, but Dr. hasn't called to explain results. It shows, "Indicator: Leukemia" and the results are all Normal/Negative.

Since July, I've been getting 2 bags of blood during transfusions. The Dr. is trying to get me to a HGB of 10, but it's only been as high as 9.6 & within a week, dropped to 8.3.

It's been almost a year, & it's been nothing but appointments with so many different specialists, and numerous appts at the cancer center to get transfusions & infusions.

Drs are stumped & I'm just so tired & feeling hopeless.
