Mastitis

Hi everyone!

Unfortunately, I just got diagnosed with mastitis. This is my first time having it and boyyyyy does it hurt!

I’ve been taking Tylenol for my fever and ibuprofen for the swelling. I’ve been using ice packs for my boob, too. Baby has been nursing on the affected side as much as possible. My OB prescribed an antibiotic, I’m just waiting for it to be ready for pick up.

Anything else I’m not thinking of? Any tips or tricks?
