So LMS just wrapped up a trim job in Lake Quivira that looked simple… right up until it wasn’t.
Three arched windows — the kind that whisper, “Oh, you think you’re good at your job? Prove it.”
And of course, we proved it.

How We Attacked It

Wood for the straight runs

Moldable vinyl for the curves

Filler → primer → sanding → more primer → two coats of paint

And a whole lot of “hold that level right there, don’t breathe on it.”

The mission:
Make everything look uniform, clean, and sharp — no seams, no weird transitions, nothing that screams “my bad.”

And honestly?
We nailed it. But it wasn’t without a fight.

The Struggle (AKA: Arches Being Arches)

Molding the vinyl around that curve was like wrestling something that didn’t want to be here.
Too cold? Doesn’t bend.
Too hot? Starts thinking it's a spaghetti noodle.

Then blending the wood-to-vinyl connection so it didn’t look like two different worlds meeting at the border… yeah, that took a few rounds of filler, sanding, patience, and selective profanity.

But once the paint hit?
Smooth. Sharp. Clean.
Exactly how we do it.

We knocked it out, but there’s always a cleaner, faster, or smarter way someone out there has mastered — and I’m here for the knowledge.

Oh, that's not a pic of the final product. It looks way better. I accidentally deleted instead of move file, I'll recover it and post
