Survey about U.S healthcare and clinic preferences (for: anyone living in the U.S, preferably California)

Has anyone here ever skipped some type of healthcare treatment (medical, aesthetic or general wellbeing) because it was too expensive or insurance wouldn’t cover it?

I’m doing a small anonymous research project trying to understand what people are actually going through with the U.S. healthcare system, costs, denials, long wait times, and all the stress behind it.

If you’re open to sharing your perspective, I’d be extremely grateful. It’s a short anonymous survey (2–3 minutes) and it helps understand real experiences from real people, not statistics.
