Disciple/Partner plan

Can someone give me a streamlined plan for maxing out the experience for discipleship/ partnership weekly. Which activities give the most points? Is it time based, like just being together in a group gives some amount, or is it completely activity based? Should we focus on running outposts/bosses or is it worth playing cards or dancing together (leisure activities)? I'm looking to efficiently grind out the outfits, but I am not trying to spend every second with this person, lol.

I have been playing an obscene amount and have finished a large majority of quests, so questing together is largely out of the question. Does gathering herbs/mining give exp?
