I feel like I am being gaslit regarding Sarah

Obviously tons of spoilers and speculations:

What I noticed is that the community for some reason ingrained the thought that she murders people left and right, yet here is the thing. When one checks who she really kills - be it directly or indirectly, it's hard to really say, especially if we discount other Exaltists, then I can't really see anyone.

Let's actually go through her appearances in the story:

• Ch1 Ep5: >!Tranqs Perlman, detonates mines after evacuation and trains mercenaries at innocent people. In hindsight her plan does not involve killing, the objective is just to discredit Vision from inside, which she did.!<
• Ch5 Ep1,4: >!yapping!<
• Ch5B Ep1:>! Activates Tailess on Miyabi. Here she acts out of her persona and taunts Miyabi. But Miyabi handles the situation. The objective is the sword itself, so the mission is easily accomplished without casualties.!<
• Ch5B Ep3,4: >!Doses Bringer with Elixir P07, mission which proves to be effective. Hard to say if this had any effect on bystanders. Of course this dooms Bringer, but at this point he is an Exaltist already.!<
• S2 Ch1 Ep1: Mayor >!orders her to shootdown the Airship with Phaeton. One can speculate that she knew about rifts so it wasn't bloody action, provided that there weren't pilots.!<
• S2 Ch1 Ep7, 11: >!yapping. Note that Isolde on the other hand had no qualm in hurting and killing people. Her leadership is when the Exaltists are the most nasty. Clearly one of the examples where the game story plays with our expectations. !<
• S2 Ch3 Ep2,3,6,7: >!Order cultists to stall EDF, buying time for Isolde. She is very likely responsible for death of some Exaltists here. !<
• S2 Ch3 Ep8: >!yapping!<
• S2 Ch4: >!Sedates and manipulates Yidhari with clear objective that was achieved. People were rescued.!<
• S3: >!Sarah reverts Sacrifices back to people at cost of their memories. This is probably not unimportant, because it's mentioned several times.!<

!And that's it. I have a feeling that they just pulled Ocelot on us and many people took the bait. Now Hoyo it's your time to give us not just NotBlade but also NotKafka. If I am right and they are really going this route, it will be extremely satisfying conclusion.!<
