Advice for my weird academic trajectory: HS senior year dip, College freshman year climb

Will my HS trajectory hurt my chances for selective admissions? For context, I'm applying as a freshman in college, and I'm afraid that my poor grades in my senior year of high school will hurt my app. In my senior year, I was taking some pretty tough classes (Data structures and Algorithms, Computer architecture, and an honors econ class that condensed AP macro and micro into three semesters, and Multi + diff eqs), and as a result, I earned a measily 87 average (I had a 94 sophmore year, and a 92.2 junior year. I transferred to my new HS as a sophmore). Before I transferred HS, I was a pretty decent student (salutatorian + 1520 SAT), but after I became aggressively mediocre. If I'm being completely honest, my poorer senior year grades did not reflect diminished effort. I arguably worked my hardest senior year, but the classes were just really hard. Right now, I have a 4.0 GPA in college, but I wouldn't really say that I'm a significantly better student; rather, I think that it would be more fair to say that my academic environment simply became more forgiving. Do bad senior year grades mean that I'm cooked as a sophomore transfer, even if my course load was pretty rigorous? More importantly, should I even apply to T25s, given that I struggled academically at a similarly challenging prep school? Even if I do get in, the caliber of students at the school that I'm admitted to will be just as good, if not better than my previous HS, and I'm fearful of becoming an academic victim again. Thoughts?
