Trouble Connecting New Show to Apple Podcasts

I am trying to start a podcast... it's hosted on Kajabi, and live on Spotify, but I cannot get Apple Podcasts to even review it.

When I first open Apple Podcasts Connect I get a spinning wheel of death on the "Podcasts" page indefinitely. I have discovered that if I navigate to the Support page I can get a page to load where I have the option to connect a new show. But when I enter my RSS feed I get an error message that provides no indication of what is wrong.

All it says is "There was an error."

I've received this error message in three different browsers, an incognito window, and on my phone. Wrote to Apple Podcasts Support on Saturday but haven't heard back yet. Following my own show through Apple Podcasts by entering the RSS link directly into the app DOES work.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem? Or, of course, if anyone knows what to do about it?
