Should I get a monitor arm and which one?

I have a ASRock phantom gaming pg27f15rs1a, and I wanna buy a monitor arm, the monitors stand is big and is very clicky because of the plastic used on it, it kinda pisses me off, but Im also considering a monitor arm because I would like to be able to have enough space to do something like homework , or other stuff requiring a desk, since I have my setup and everything in my bedroom, cause I'm a teenager and obviously don't have a separate gaming room. And partially a bit because the monitors stand can only make it tilt a bit up, a bir down, left and right at around a 135° angle, mostly nor enough, I also have a 1.6m HDMI cable so I hope that's enough, and also im considering the gembird MA-DA1-05 please tell me other recomandations if you have other options (30$ budget)
