Reagan and Space Lasers!

I was teaching about Reagan and the Strategic Defense Initiative this morning.

A student said they remembered a movie quote — “Reagan is still waiting for his laser.” — but could not think of where it came from.

AI suggested “Real Genius,” but they had never seen that movie before.

They thought maybe it was “Pixels” or perhaps “Rick and Morty.”

Anyone have any thoughts?
