Trying to balance meds after diagnosis?

Medication & Side Effects

Curious how others went about adjusting meds after diagnosis if they were on different medication previously?

Got diagnosed as ADHD inattentive type a few months ago at 30 years old. I've been on medication for years for anxiety/depression. Originally Zoloft, then added Wellbutrin and eventually swapped Zoloft for pristiq. Was on Wellbutrin 300mg XR, and 25 mg pristiq when I got diagnosed this year.

After starting Adderall (currently at 20mg XR - I don't think Adderall hits me very hard) my doc and I decided to check my other meds to see if they're still necessary etc.

Down to 150mg XR of Wellbutrin for 3 months and off pristiq for about 2 months and I am crying most work days and i feel like I'm white-knuckling just to pretend I'm not so sad it makes me wonder if I've ever been happy.

I don't know if it's worth trying to go off wellbutrin entirely to see if there's excess anxiety from Wellbutrin with no pristiq, or if I'm just signing up for another few weeks of pointless suffering, you know?

(Also anything I do, I will be discussing with my doc first, don't worry)

I also hate overheating and being hot, I already run hot naturally, and as u can imagine, being on 3 stimulants definitely meant like .. a lot of sweat.
