Are there any careers right now that are high-growth careers in a poor job market?

I am a recent public health master's grad who wants to make a career change, but was wondering if there are any careers right now that are showing any kind of growth in a poor job market? I was looking into the medicine field to become a PA, but that does not seem like a good move for me, so I wanted to know if there is any other career I should look into?
