Should I reclassify my grad date?

IF I did all my scheduling correctly, and everything goes according to plan, I’m actually going to graduate fall 2027 instead of spring 2028, meaning a semester early. Should I submit a class year reclassification form? The reason why I’m hesitant is because, again, shit can hit the fan and i don’t know the “penalty” is for reclassifying and actually not graduating at that time. Will this help my housing process? I’ll have 76 credits by the end of next semester, will that help me with my housing process?
