Relics Bug

I just started playing ATM for the first time and I must say it's super fun. I've noticed though that with relics and artifacts they have some bugs. Idk if it's the server I play on specifically, but whenever I use the accessories screen (sometimes I use the H key to open it), the abilities are either permanent (e.g. night vision goggles) or wonky (bunny slippers allow me to just fly straight up into the sky infinitely). Has anyone else encountered this? It gets reset if I leave and rejoin or go into another dimension.
