Low and unstable FPS after update

I was having constant 200+ FPS before but I noticed this recently and it seems like I'm not the only one having this issue, it made the game unplayable at all, my FPS started becoming unstable and VERY low, 100 FPS and below! So, one thing I've noticed is that when I'm facing the wall my FPS comes back to the usual FPS I was having even reaching up to 300+ FPS but when I face the enemies or bots in the range, that's when sh-t goes down.

I've tried uninstalling vanguard and installing, updating my NVIDIA GPU, uninstalling and installing the game, LOW SETTINGS ON EVERY GRAPHIC SETTINGS and it is still the same. Any known fix for this issue to make it playable again, and another thing I noticed is that when valorant is open, it seems like the performance of my whole laptop is being affected/slowed down.
