Our stake in DVLT……Just under 50% ???
Based on the link below, DVLT had 285M shares outstanding…before executing the new treasury-issued sale of Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 of to SCLX.
Given that SCLX just acquired 265M “new” shares from the DVLT Treasury, SCLX now owns either 265M DVLT shares…or 280M shares because they acquired 15M shares during the first tranche...right? In either case**, it now appears that we own just under 50% of DVLT. Am I looking at this wrong?**
Assuming today’s postings of the 265M shares just acquired…added to the 15M shares acquired in Tranche 1…SCLX would own 280M shares of DVLT. Add those 280M new treasury-issued shares to the 285M already-existing shares outstanding...shown in the link, and you get a total of 565M DVLT total shares outstanding.
My math skills say that we would now own 49.5% shares of DVLT {280M shares owned by SCLX divided by 565M total outstanding DVLT shares after Tranche 1 & 2 executions}.
Sorry for all the math. Based on the filings just posted today, the filings said that the purchaser has total accumulated shares of 265M. Maybe that just relates to that filing, and ignores the 15M shares we presumably acquired in Tranche 1. So…I’m confused on that front. SCLX now owns either 265M shares or 280M shares of DVLT. Take your pick.
Either way…it sure appears that we are holding just under 50% of the total shares issued by DVLT. Does that sound right to anyone else?
How far am I off on all of this???
