Where will you rank the winner of the Kick Off tournament?

With NRG failing to qualify and MENA and SAM not being invited, will the winner have claim to best in the world? Or will it not move the needle much? Is it dependent on the team? If so what teams wouldn't gain anything ranking wise from winning the tournament?
