Won a GPU- what to build?

Hey,I won an Intel Arc B580. Yes, really. Unfortunately, I've been out of the community since my last build (2019) and wanted to ask if anyone has/can recommend a build with this card. My requirements aren't too high: a bit of gaming and video editing, neither at the highest level. Actually, it would be enough for me if Cities: Skylines II ran better. I'd rather not use old parts, and the motherboard etc. are too old anyway. But I could get a standard case for free. Since I can save on that and the graphics card, my budget is around €800 for the rest. Thanks a lot!
