Help combining points

I have a Chase sapphire preferred card that my fiancé is an authorized user on. She has her own sapphire preferred, that is just hers. We want to transfer her points over to our joint card. How do I do this? Our joint card does not show up as an option to transfer the points to when I login into her account. Thanks for the help.
