What is a good salary for an Immigration paralegal?

Hi guys, I started my job last month and when I was hired I was told that at 3 months we would do an evaluation. Last week I was told that the evaluation would take place in January and we could discuss a pay increase then. I currently make 40k and I wanted to know what was a good amount for me to consider when asking for an increase.
