Interviewing for a Production Coordinator role at U of T Scarborough — anyone familiar with their panel interviews?

I have an upcoming panel interview at the University of Toronto Scarborough for a Production Coordinator (USW union) role in Marketing & Communications.

The job focuses on scheduling, production coordination, updating records, supporting senior staff, preparing agendas/materials, tracking project progress, and improving admin workflows.
