Atom AR Hoody vs Nuclei SV

I already have an Atom AR Hoody and I’m based in Chicago.
Most of my use is winter commuting, plus occasional ski trips. Temps here usually hit around –15°C to –5°C.

I’m considering the Nuclei SV, but not sure if it actually adds enough beyond the Atom AR.

For anyone who owns both —
Is the Nuclei SV noticeably warmer/windproof for city use, or is it overkill unless you’re doing static alpine stuff?

Trying to figure out if it’s a meaningful upgrade or just overlap.
