Ia there a way to revert a cheat profile?

When i found out there were cheat codes, i made a new game and saved on a diferent slot so i could mess around with it, but once i was done and went back to my main it automatically became a cheat profile as well :(

I've read that you can't get achievements if you turn cheats on so is there a way to revert it or will i have to create yet another game and start from scratch until i get to where i currently am in game so i can get the achievements im missing?
