Should I upgrade my ram? 162b -> 32gb?

Hi, I'm posting this post to multiple pc build subreddits. I really need some opinions on this decision. Currently I have 16gb of ram 2933mhz (because my motherboard, ASUS PRIME H4Q0M-E highest is 2933mhz.) but there's a pack of two Corsair 16gb 3200mhz ram sticks that I can get for maybe 50 bucks. Would it be worth, even if I can't use the full 3200? I'm not sure how different 2933mhz is compared to 3200mhz and if it's even a signifant difference.
