Has anyone been to La Locanda Del Cavallo?

I've heard it's the nicest dining experience in the valley. Their site doesn't have too much information about their restaurant, just a phone number. There's no menu or price or anything like that.

For anyone who has been there, how was it? How much did it cost and was it worth it? How far in advance did you have to make a reservation?
