Asus Prime 5070 ti oc vs pny 5070 ti

I have two options for upgrading from my pny 3080, only the oc asus prime is in stock. I found it for $810 and the Pny one for $750. Was curious if the asus one was worth the slight upcharge, I have an asus motherboard so figured staying with same brands was more worthwhile for the price increase. But if it truly is silly increase for price will not waste the money. I would get the asus prime non oc for $750 but it is already out of stock everywhere.
