Planning to start a cat babysitting side gig/business.

My partner and I have been taking care cats for more than 10 years already. We've fostered so much and learned a lot with habits/behavior. We're planning on creating a cat sitting gig as its something we really enjoy. Especially for people who cant travel or are hesitant on leaving cause they're worried about their fur babies. We only plan on catering people with Cctv for safety/security reasons. I would like to know, what are the things you guys would feel that are needed to be discussed thoroughly and suggestions as well before we proceed. TIA
