Stored milk for the babysitter

TLDR: how long is pumped milk good for?

FTM. I am a hybrid worker and the days I am in office I pump and use for my son to have when he is with the babysitter. On days I wfh I feed him on demand.

My last in office day was Wednesday and I pumped like normal- the milk has been stored in the fridge in a glass tommee tippee jar since. I will not be back in office until this coming Wednesday. Can I still use the milk that’s been in the refrigerator for him on his next daycare day?

I’ve looked it up and there are many different recommendations. Some say only 4 days,some say 6,and other say a week.

Am I okay to freeze it today and use it later or should I just dump and have her use formula on Wednesday? My child is combo fed when he is with the babysitter so this would not be the first time he has had formula.
