Update. ICCU failure

I have a 2024 SEL that I got new in October of 2024. I have 10,800 miles on it. Car died on November 18th and I’m getting it back today. I’m sure the holiday delayed it a bit. I had a horrible experience with the dealer. They would never answer their phones and had to leave multiple messages. I never got a timeline on when parts were to get in and never got a loaner.
