Took money but no cards

I bought 2 total lunar packs with credit card and took the buy backs. I had around $3,300 left in my balance and when i tried to buy my 3rd one it said declined even though my balance was greater than the pack itself. I refreshed and it took my $2,500 leaving me around $800 left. Has anyone experienced this? I contacted support but im worried they rarely reply.
