Is it possible to transfer to a different Teacher’s College?

I‘m a first year BEd Teacher Candidate at UWindsor in the consecutive program, I/S stream. For personal reasons, I’m looking into transferring to a Teacher’s College closer to home (I’m originally from the GTA). I’ve been looking into York and Ontario Tech, but honestly any school closer than Windsor would be preferred.

Has anyone managed to transfer schools or know about the process? Or if it is even possible?
