Went to the beach and spotted this brown mark in my arm... What could it be?

Went to Mérida, Yucatán and since Wednesday from last week I have this mark. It's not painful, and I haven't felt sick whatsoever. Asked some AIs and told me it might be a bite from an insect... Should I go to the doc? When touching it does feels a bit, little bit dry.
