Missing thousands from Songtrust - they’re completely ignoring me

Hey all — looking for advice from anyone who’s dealt with this.

I’ve been with Songtrust for years. My track has millions of streams and should have earned thousands in publishing royalties by now.

Songtrust has paid me less than $40.

They repeatedly told me they would collect my royalties retroactively, but nothing has ever happened. I’ve spoken directly with my other PROs (PRS etc.) and they’ve confirmed everything on their end is set up correctly — I’ve been receiving payments from them normally the whole time.

Meanwhile, Songtrust have now completely stopped responding. Not a single reply to multiple emails and support tickets in over 3 months.

I’m obviously moving away from Songtrust, but…

what can I actually do now?

Is there any realistic way to recover these royalties?

Or do I just have to chalk it up as a loss at this point?

Any advice or shared experience would mean a lot.
