Linkedin “hack” sending mass messages. ( Not selling )

Does anyone know how people are sending 5000 plus messages on one LinkedIn without getting banned? It’s a “dark art” or you could say black hat technique.

I’m not looking to buy any tools or use any so don’t bother messaging me.

If anyone’s able to share or know how it works that would be appreciated.
