Am I studying right?

I resorted recently to just doing practice questions.

Here's what I'd do:

30 mins of reviewing content (often brief and rushed)

90 mins of practicing questions (Honestly I don't know if this works for me.. because after each question I would review and learn the content from the question but this takes soooo long especially considering my foundation for the course isn't as strong)

Anyways that's what I do. Am I doing it right?
