Buy or wait?

Good day to you all! I've been considering getting The outer worlds 2 on Steam for a while. Now it's at a 20% discount, both the base game and the Premium edition with the future dlc content included (55€ and 70€ respectively).

For those of you who have been playing the game for a while, is it worth it at this price or I should wait for further discount? I love fallout-style games, I played the outer worlds 1 but dropped it at 20 hours, I found it tedious and shallow. What's your opinion?

Thank you in advance!
