Will my indoor 8 year old cat be able to survive in its own outside

I’m moving to Europe and I can’t bring him with me, I don’t have the documentation, paperwork or money to get him to Europe with me. If I leave him outside will he survive, the good thing about outside is it’s Florida, so there’s plenty of water, plenty of other outside cats, and the area I’m in I haven’t seen any predators that would eat a cat. You think his instincts be able to make him last?
