Liplift and teeth visibility

Question about a lip lift: Hello, I have been considering having a lip lift just because I want my teeth to be more visible. I have small teeth and they are hardly visible when I speak, but I do not want to do anything drastic to them because I like to preserve their natural look. Is a lip lift the right procedure? Do people who have had it done notice a difference in their teeth? Thank you.
