Sovol SV07 Plus nozzle hitting bed when homing ... sometimes

Like the title says, sometimes when homing the sensor hits the bed, then it goes backup as if the printer was like "oops" my bad and then it homes properly. I haven't really been able to determine how to reproduce it/when exactly it happens. Other than that, printer works fine, I've been printing tons of stuff.

Any idea what could cause this ?
