Best monitor/setup for a series x

I’ve been playing on a 75 in tv since I got my series x in 2020. I want to switch to a monitor to downsize my screen and also buy a PC that I can use for everything. Where do I start? I know absolutely nothing about PCs or monitors, but I want something that will have a good picture and run well for the series x. My tv is 4K OLED so I assume I’d need something like that, with a much smaller screen. Any insight would be appreciated!
