Dear god SNL version

The first time I heard "dear god" was actually her SNL performance, and the arrangement there felt completely different from the studio version. The instrumental had this moody, smooth tone and the slowed-down bass and drums made it hit way deeper. And that electric piano intro omds i was so obsessed. To me that version felt so much stronger than the original, which feels like a demo we’re never going to get. The album version is great too, but the faster instrumental gives the song a totally different energy. I love both, but I’m curious if anyone else prefers the SNL arrangement too.
