Jumper's weird biology/physiology?

Which Jumps have Perks, Powers, Items, etc. that grant Jumpers with unusual biological or physiological stuff?

Anything from weird genetics, to weird organs, to weird metabolism and such?

The first things that comes to my mind is the Hypnos Gene from the Resident Evil Jump and the whole sentient cell stuff from Cells At Work, but which others are also out there?
