Air Canada passenger says she was forced to travel internationally on a seat with someone else's vomit

The staff was alerted before take off that my seat was soiled. It was then confirmed, through the flight log, that someone on the previous had thrown up in my seat.
And what did they do? Have me clean it up myself.

Not only was Air Canada's response inappropriate but a serious health risk. I was told there were no other available seats and, needing to return home to my children, had no choice but to remain onboard. I was forced to sit on my luggage and hold my belongings in my lap for the duration of the 8 hour flight, avoiding direct contact with the contaminated area. Mind you, there were two open seats at the back of the plane that were buckled off and had toilet paper in them.
