Seamstress for cushions?

We are struggling to find a seamstress to sew some covers for our cushions. We are using indoor/outdoor fabric like you would see on patio furniture. It will be covering 6" latex foam that is used for a couch or bed. I'd be partial to a latino owned business but responsive and competent are the priority. Any suggestions?
