Chassis Stabilization - Parking Brake Reduced

2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i

Hi All. My car is currently having the following symptoms. They all appeared at the same time. Its been about a month and nothing has progressed at all. I Stopped driving if there is any rain or snow. Its getting to be winter and that is no longer feasible.

  1. When car is started, i immediately get a "Chassis Stabilization" Warning, and that driving is possible, but to drive cautiously.
  2. Brake, check engine, traction control and ABS light turn on.
  3. At about 10 mph, i get a new notification "parking brake reduced, drive moderately, not possible to use parking brake while moving". Then parking brake light also turns on (yellow) on dash
  4. Cruise Control, Eco Mode, Sport Mode all non functional

When it first happened, i grabbed my code reader and got a bunch of codes pointing to the right front wheel speed sensor:

P15B9: Front/Right Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit - Malfunction or Open Circuit

P15DB: Improbable front/right wheel speed

P152B/P152A: Vehicle Speed Implausible

I ordered and replaced that wheel speed sensor and cleared the codes. All codes and symptoms came back immediately.

I'm pretty confused because it seems like it was clearly traced to the front right wheel speed sensor... except for the fact that the parking brake is in the rear. I guess it could be purely electrical then... which is not ideal.

Any suggestions on what to do for further diagnostics? I'm at a loss.
