[Routine help] want to make a simple skin care routine and specially want to fix my nose acne

Hey! i am a 15 y.o. boy and i want to build a simple skincare routine, I am personally believe more that nature given us the solution of our all problems we just need to discover them in basic i believe more in natural products, remedies,etc. Anyways can you guys just help me to build a simple but effective skincare routine. And as i am teen i have pimples and that is ok of my face pimple grows and leave scars which laterally fixed by night cream called acne star or random doctor suggested cream but most fucked up thing is my nose acne it appears 3-4 years ago and from that time it never get down i taken different treatment of different dermatologist but it is never gets off i wasted 10-15k on it but still same as before and after broken up i decided to stop all treatment and shift to a simple skincare which just give some brightening to my face and control my acne.

in conclusion, pls suggest me a simple skincare includes a face wash, a moisturizer, and specially a night cream or serum which help me to control the acne.
