10 month old early wakes

My ten month old is continually wakes up between 445-530. Very occasionally will he go to 545-6. Often he wakes at five and will go back to sleep if we hold him for about 30-40 minutes. He is sleep trained and goes to bed with no issue fully awake in his crib. He usually wakes only once around 330-4 to feed but idk if I should try dropping that. His wake windows are 3/3/4. He takes two naps and each nap is usually an hour to 90 minutes. Usually day starts around 530 and bedtime is usually around 7.

Am I doing something wrong? Or does he just have somewhat low sleep needs? I would love for him to sleep at least until six. Looking forward to any insight ! Thanks!
