how much is homeaglow after the first cleaning?

so i've been researching homeaglow because of the pop up ads that keep saying it's just $19 to book a cleaner, which sounds awesome on paper because i'm wanting someone to come in on a regular basis, but from poking around it looks like that is just the first time and then the real cost is higher but not really because you pay a membership fee?

can anyone break down what it actually ends up costing per cleaner? like if i wanted someone in once every couple of weeks what am i realistically paying and is it actually cheaper with the subscription? i like the idea of it but it feels like the pricing is kind of buried under the promo.
